Congrats on learning the basic secret, but some things here have nothing to do with Paleonutrition. Cooking with fire goes back at least 250,000 to 500,000 years–possibly 2 million years–according to Prof. Richard Wrangham et al. Talk about going without food for 30 or 60 days is not good and even a 3-day juice fast is not well studied. The rest was mostly on target. Try to remember to smile–it would make claims of recovery from depression more convincing.

btw im Muslim an i fasted from Ramadan.. i had 2 go without food for 2 days cuz i missed dinner 1 day..
plus we don’t drink water when we fast…i dident see much of a change except in my energy level which was statically low..until i ate again
yea but fasting is not good for your health…it ruins your metabolism
