No, just read about them. Mainly from Bernard Jensen’s visits. I know how they used to eat, I don’t know how they eat now.
Oh. Are you Hunz?
They drink goat milk.
Is it true you guys don’t meat or dairy. And that the women don’t have sex for two years and use no contraceptives.
Name of places and greek gods from the albanian language.

If anyone wants to know the truth about Illyrian(Albanian),Alexander the Grat…etc
Just write those words on google.
READ THIS ABOUT ATALNTIS THE LOST CONTINENT. ILLYRIAN GODS NOT GREEK GODS. PELASGIAN/ILLYRIAN/ALBANIAN NAMES.
This guy basically just ripped off other people’s research on the Hunza and then on top of that but BULLSHIT on top of it. Ignorant fool doesn’t know that the people in the Hunza do not call themselves “hunza” but rather hunzakut. And they don’t call themselves “pathan” either and don’t like it when they are called pathans. I bet this charlatan has never set foot inside the hunza valley and if he did he probably spent his time in a hotel gorging on food and becoming fatter.
I would think the high physical activity and constant thinking have most to do with the low body fat. Spirituality and eating together are pleasant and stress-reducing perhaps, which can help health problems resulting from stress.
thats true… we have no obesity in hunza and food is organic….and have world famous dry fruit.
